3. The Funnel Structure of the Cook1Cook Team

Cook1Cook developed an exclusive AARRR funnel for its business model. It included 4 stages, Acquisition, Activation, Retention, and Revenue.

They used Facebook ads and their website to attract potential customers and established 3 target segments including bakers, mothers, and the general audience.

To gain new users, web visitors of Cook1Cook collected the contact information of customers through the webpage by recipes and then used emails to send recipes to their audience as the first building block of customer relations, simultaneously gaining valid users.

Through regularly sending out recipes, maintaining communication with users, and also distributing product information along with discounts to attract users to pay. Other than that, to focus on users who have yet to pay, they also designed some Facebook ads to achieve their target of user retention and further conversion on recipes from new visitors.
