3. The Funnel Structure and tools of the Time Auction Team

Time Auction used Acquisition, Activation, Retention and Revenue from the AARRR model. So, starting from Facebook Ads and Google Search Ads they established 2 target customers : Entrepreneurs and Bosses.

First the team used Facebook ads and designed Google Search Ads to increase the exposure and brand awareness towards Time Auction. This aimed to help find more potential customers and “gain more new users”. Subsequently, they added CTA (Call to Action) sentences like “ Get the Chance to Meet Celebrities by Registering”  to  attract the audience into becoming “valid users”.

They also set up other types of advertisements including Link Click ads, short video ads and Carousel ads. This greatly increased the participation rate of the ads. Last of all they used Facebook ads again to conduct Facebook retargeting so as to retain users and encourage users to re-visit the webpage, ultimately making donations and reaching their overall goal.
